@LibertarianMama@jimiuorio And we’ve already lost well more than 25% of benefits because of devaluation of the dollar due to fed policies including money printing.
The Declaration of Independence was the Founders’ indictment of their own government:
“Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.”
Justin Amash is coming to YALCON 2026! @justinamash
In 2013, he introduced the Amash-Conyers amendment, the vote that nearly defunded the NSA's bulk data collection program. It failed by twelve votes, but he kept fighting anyway.
He helped build the House Liberty Caucus and the House Freedom Caucus in 2015.
As a member of the Fourth Amendment Caucus, he fought warrantless surveillance, indefinite detention, civil asset forfeiture, and qualified immunity from inside Congress for ten years.
He's coming to Xavier University in Cincinnati this July to show the next generation of liberty students exactly what it looks like to hold the line when the institution around you won't.

I have some incredible news to share.
But first, you need to know this part: HB47 is now the law in Florida thanks to @GovRonDeSantis signing it. It protects innocent parents from being falsely accused of abuse and having their children taken from them by introducing some much-needed due process. We pushed for it to pass, and it did.
HB47 was originally called Patterson's Law. It was named after Michael and Tasha Patterson, whose twin boys and older son were taken from them after they were falsely accused of abusing them. The twins continued getting worse under DCF care, because they have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, which explains all of their injuries.
Every medical professional who has looked at the case, including DCF experts, have concluded that the injuries were caused by their illness, not abuse.
Despite this, DCF adopted the twins out to another couple, and the state is still threatening to prosecute them. Even after the law that was written for their case passed.
Now, here's the incredible part.
When Tasha Patterson first heard that HB47 had passed, here was the first thing she said:
"Dear God, thank You for putting us in position to force change."
This mother's children were wrongfully taken from her and her husband and given to another family. She still faces criminal charges for abuse that didn't happen.
A law was passed in her name, due in large part to her passionate advocacy, to prevent this terrible thing from happening to other parents. But because it isn't retroactive, she is still fighting for her children, and for her freedom.
And what was her response?
"Dear God, THANK YOU"
This woman, her husband and her children have gone through a nightmare that few of us could even imagine. And her first response was gratitude that she is being used to save so many others from that same nightmare.
There is grace. And then there's this kind of grace.
This woman needs her boys back.
Folks, I'm not going to rest until Tasha and Michael have their kids back and this nightmare over for them.
Step one is to get these charges against them dropped.
Below, I'll tell you how you can help for free and with just a minute or so of your time.
Having a government-employed secular progressive begrudgingly teach your kids the Bible so they don't lose their jobs is a great way for your kids to learn to hate the Bible, and God, as much as that progressive does.
Don't mandate for Caesar to teach your kids about God. Stop sending your kids to Caesar to learn in the first place.
Justice Gorsuch is right. The Katz test and third-party doctrine have no basis in the Constitution.
The Fourth Amendment doesn’t rely on an “expectation of privacy”; it protects against warrantless—and thus unreasonable—searches and seizures.
Restore the Fourth. Get a warrant.
UPDATE: after 565 days of fighting, Darryl and Kierra Buchanan finally have their children back home.
The Buchanans were wrongfully accused of abuse and had their children seized, even though the injuries were caused by a genetic condition.
@YATPOfficial got involved, you helped us demand that DCF give them back to their parents, and they did.
Thank you to everyone who helped. God Bless you.
People often falsely assume that whatever the circumstances, a good outcome is possible.
Sometimes the best you can achieve is the least bad outcome.
When Trump started his unconstitutional, reckless war with Iran, it was clear that there was no way to escape with a victory given the political realities. Military supremacy is not enough.
The least bad outcome was for Trump to recognize and accept that he had lost and to withdraw from the conflict.
Those who want the fighting to continue would entrench us in another never-ending war in pursuit of a victory Trump cannot achieve.
“The chief danger today is that, once an aim of government is accepted as legitimate, it is then assumed that even means contrary to the principles of freedom may be legitimately employed.”
