Here's the difference between the Left and the Right:

The Left condemns EVERY shooting regardless of who the perpetrator is. We abhor violence and the easy access everyone has to weapons of rapid carnage.

The Right insists on connecting the dots to either make the shooter a radical Leftist—or to make excuses (mental health, police failures, etc.) if they are clearly not.

Here's the deal MAGAs: this country has a proliferation of a guns, a Republican Party committed to defending high-powered weapons over children, terrible mental healthcare, and a presidential candidate who traffics in division and violence.

We on the Left can admit that this nation has a gun problem and that people of every kind use them to do unthinkable things to innocent people.

We also know that a body invaded by bullets is not impervious whether it votes Red or Blue, which is why we want fewer guns, better mental healthcare, and politicians who deescalate violence rather than encourage it.

Sooner or later you'll need to decide to defend people and not weapons, and you'll be honest about what is really going on here.

BREAKING: A Train derailed in Washington, killing 3 people, injuring 62, and causing $40 million in damage. Biden & Pete Buttigieg will not be going to the scene and there will be no FEMA aid given.

Now that I got your attention, this accident actually happened in 2017 under President Trump. Trump never visited the crash site, and neither did his Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao. Instead Trump used the crash to try and tout his failed infrastructure plan, tweeting, “shows more than ever why our soon to be submitted infrastructure plan must be approved quickly.” He then went on to deregulate multiple safety precautions on trains.

No FEMA aid was given to anyone after this accident either and it was otherwise ignored by the administration.
