@Crisna1518 I have heard that in Mexico the stores can not sell chips or unhealthy snacks or food to children. This seems like it could work. #TheEndOfObesity
A4: Having will power seems to be the hardest part. This is because we as humans cannot just stop eating. We need it to survive and to give us energy. A best practice to help you not be obese would be involving your family, friends, and going to a doctor to seek different options
@retajo999 Yup, a diet is a great way to start! You need a good diet and good exercise to start to notice improvements in your body. However, in your mood, this will change with simply 7 days of exercise because you will have much more energy! #TheEndOfObesity

A3Sometimes this can be genetic however this is not always the case. It begins because most American diets are extremely high in calories, through fast-food restaurants and fountain drinks. It usually starts with stress because we tend to stress eat or bored eat. #TheEndOfObesity

People who are obese pay more out of pocket than people who are not. In fact, the medical costs for people with obesity are $1,429 higher each year than those of people with a normal weight. #TheEndOfObesity
