The story of Melanie, a Mexican ARMY, has touched thousands of social media users after learning of her passing and her family's decision to donate her organs, an act of generosity that will save and improve the lives of at least eight people.🥹💜
Originally from San Luis Potosí, the young woman had previously traveled with her mother to Mexico City to experience the group's concert outside the GNP Seguros Stadium. Even without tickets, they shared their passion for music by distributing "freebies"—items related to the band—to other members of the fan club known as ARMY. This past weekend, after her death was confirmed, Melanie was given a moving send-off at the hospital with a vigil of family members and her doctor, who, amidst applause and purple balloons—BTS's signature color—accompanied her to the operating room.
During this journey, her mother handed out the last mementos she had of her daughter to those present in the hallway, in a gesture that symbolized the young woman's last wish to share, whose heart was successfully transferred to the city of Monterrey for a compatible recipient.

Until the spring day comes again
Until the flowers bloom again
Please stay there a little longer, stay there” - Spring Day

As someone who took their channel full variety over 6 years ago (from Destiny) with relative success, I’m once again encouraging fellow Destiny creators to start making moves. Now. Don’t wait until June. Start NOW.
Where to go from here?
1) Find a new genre, game, or niche. This could be a lateral hop to another similar game, or a complete change in interest.
2) Go full variety. This is the harder path to take imo. Hopping between games will constantly divide viewers, outside of your regular diehards.
What to expect?
Expect a huge decrease in all metrics. It’s just… part of the reality of the game. You need to plan for this. You need to know it’s gonna happen. Don’t look at it as failing. It’s a transition. Make adjustments in your own life to accommodate. Focus on what you CAN control and stick to it. Look at it as an investment. You’re investing and costing resources into your brand now, to build up a different path for the future. Once things stabilize, holes will fill in again. It takes time.
How to do this without shitting your pants?
Be. Confident. Approach it with a leadership mentality. YOU are guiding the path. Don’t say things like “Maybe we’ll try this” or “Let’s see how it goes” or “What do you guys wanna see” etc etc. Take control of your content. Be passionate about what you’re doing. And lead the path. Think things like “This is where I’m excited to go” or “You guys are gonna love this” or “I’ve been loving this and y’all will too” etc etc. Be excited and get your community excited. Energy transfers over.
Anything else?
Find your thing. It may take some time. Each failed video is just a step closer to the next successful one. Image a version of you from the future tells you “Hey! Your 124th video/stream is the one that changed your career!” So if your first 50 vids/streams aren’t great, you’re just closer to that 124th.
Listen. There is no playbook for streaming and YouTube success. Not everyone is gonna make it. The best thing you can do is try. Things aren’t over. There’s just a current hurdle. Jump over that shit. But have a plan. Take care of yourself, your family, and anything yours. Life is a challenge. If it wasn’t, it’d be boring. I always tell my chat: “I’d rather be busy and stressed, than bored and depressed.”
Cheers, my friends.
Traigo un consejo:
Activen el pin de seguridad en Uber (van a su cuenta, configuración, seguridad, pin de seguridad).
El otro día pedí un auto para hacer un viaje. Me salía 15 lucas. Me confirma un auto, lo veo viniendo en la app, todo ok. Cuando llegó a la esquina
Just read @ballmatthew new The State of Video Gaming in 2026 report. Top ten takeaways for me:
1. Game industry revenue hit $195.6 billion in 2025. That's a new all-time high. Operating profits have declined since 2019.
2. Almost all of the growth went to three parties: Chinese publishers, platform holders like Apple, Google, and Sony, and Roblox. Everyone else is fighting over a market that barely moved.
3. There isn't one video gaming industry. There are many. A Western AAA studio, a Roblox developer, and a Chinese mobile publisher are in completely different businesses, with different growth rates and different competitors.
4. Roblox had 150 million daily users in Q3 2025. Its quarterly engagement is now equal to Steam, PlayStation, and Fortnite combined. It monetizes at $0.05 per hour. PlayStation monetizes at $0.44. Roblox is winning on volume.
5. Mobile game advertising generated $67 billion in gross revenue in 2025. Most industry analysis doesn't count it. Including ads, the non-China market grew $35 billion since 2021. Excluding ads, it grew $6.8 billion. The two numbers describe completely different industries.
6. US gamer participation is down 2.5 to 4 percentage points since the pandemic. Most of the eight major Western markets are flat or declining in players and spend.
7. The Rest of World is growing at 11.7% annually. The Mature Market 8 is growing at 1.4%. Capturing that gap requires designing for low-end devices, building economics around $5 to $50 per year per player, and making games for local cultures, not Western ones.
8. Of $136 billion in non-China content sales, platform stores took $33.7 billion in fees. That's iOS, Android, console, and Steam combined. D2C channels bypass most of those fees. Roblox has saved $422 million in platform fees since Q1 2022 by routing spend through its own channels.
9. Online sports betting hit $17 billion in US gross revenue in 2025. That's 35x what it was in 2019. iGaming globally generated $54 billion. TikTok averages 102 million daily hours in the US alone. These aren't passive entertainment alternatives. They're interactive, real-time, and built for engagement in ways most games aren't.
10. In 2025, 35.5% of all game content investment was outsourced. That's a record. And 74% of that growth is upstream: art, engineering, game design, not QA or localization. Hollow Knight: Silksong has 3 internal credits and 94 external ones. That's the new normal.

@eckoxsoldier My only critic to these is the fact that it looks fairly similar to the one of the crafting table, i hope they add some personality in the future (like those UI's in the colorful containers mod) still, pretty good QOL addition.

Mewgenics co-creator Edmund McMillen has defended the inclusion of cameos from people viewed by some as controversial, saying he "understands we live in a time where a meow from someone who has different beliefs as you is scary and frustrating, confusing and controversial." https://t.co/wcmT59svW3
Seeing all these people shitting on Hytale is genuinely insane to me.
- Game gets announced 9 years ago, one of the most hyped up games ever
- Developer makes 20 million from selling Hytale to Riot, can literally retire for the rest of his life
- Riot runs Hytale into the ground over the course of years, community gets strung along for the ride
- Riot CANCELS Hytale, community is in complete shambles
- Developer comes out of retirement when he and his wife recently started a family to try and save the game, makes a bid and reacquires the IP
- Bid gets accepted, dev spends months away from family to undo all the years of bad development so the game can become playable asap
- Sets a release date that’s super early because although he knows the game is extremely unfinished, he wants to get it out asap so the community can finally play it
- Spends WEEKS telling everyone how unfinished the game is to temper everyone’s expectations but promises consistent updates
- Game releases, half the people are shitting on it because it’s unfinished and they say it’s not worth $20
- ???
I haven’t played the game yet because I wanted to wait until it was a little more complete, but seeing all the discourse actually makes me want to play it sometime this week.
Regardless though, it’s genuinely insane to me that this game is already so ahead of its time even in early access that people are legitimately comparing it to MODDED MINECRAFT (a modded version of a finished game that’s been out for 20 years) and think that they’re valid for doing so.
Keep up the great work @Simon_Hypixel , as someone who wanted to play this game since I was 16 years old because I always loved games like Minecraft and Cube World, I’m thankful that there has come a point in my life where I actually am able to.
People are always going to look for reasons to hate on everything; don’t let the negative noise drown out the fact that starting yesterday, you were able to fulfill a dream millions of people have had for almost a decade now of finally being able to play your game.
@Simon_Hypixel - Mining speed in general feels a bit slow.
- I understand the intent behind repairing weapons but feels weird having this unbreakable "inefficient" tools on me all the time, maybe making breakable after some uses reaching 0?
- Crafting recipes a bit expensive 1 trunk = 1 plank?
If Mariachi Legends looks like your kind of game, we’d really appreciate a repost of our trailer, it can go surprisingly far, even compared to a $1M ad spend!

“Nadie se vuelve criminal por sobrevivir al Apocalipsis en The Last Of Us.”
“La ficción no produce delincuentes. La violencia la produce un Estado que ha normalizado la impunidad y que no ha cumplido con su deber de proteger a la gente.”
“Si esto fuera real, países como Japón, Corea, que son los que más videojuegos consumen en el mundo, entonces ellos serían los más violentos.”
