Disimpaction na water.

During my first pregnancy, I was unlucky to be rotating through urology during the first trimester.

We had prostate biopsies on Wednesdays, so this particular day, we couldn't proceed with biopsy because the patient had faecal impaction

My senior registrar, not knowing I had hyperemesis in pregnancy, asked me to go ahead and disimpact the faeces.

Funnily enough, I held it all in during the procedure, but afterwards, I landed in O and G emergency for resuscitation as I vomited 5 times in under 30 minutes and couldn't hold anything in.

I was there for a few days

That's the last time my chief gave me such an assignment.

Marriage and fatherhood changed the way I think about intimacy on screen. Before, maybe a k!ss in a scene just felt like part of the job, something exciting or romantic. Now I ask a lot more why. If you say we have to k!ss, what exactly are we trying to show? Can we tell this love story without that physical moment and still move people emotionally?

I grew up watching films where two people acted deeply in love without touching lips, and we still believed them. So if a script truly needs that level of closeness, I will sit with my wife, explain the creative reason, and hear her heart. My body is not just mine anymore. It belongs to God, to my calling and to the family that trusts me to represent them well wherever I go.
