Update II: As stated during the launch of our Primary Healthcare Support Initiative where we distributed Insurance Cards to financially vulnerable citizens. I am pleased to announce that we will be distributing medical supplies and 1,500 syringes to the Primary Health Care Centre in Badarawa/Malali Ward. The syringes were supplied by an innovative and indigenous called Medical Plastics Limited. Gratitude to my friend Amir Baba Kusa. I will be setting up an ad hoc committee to deliver these items and ensure the residents of the community benefit from them at no cost. This intervention is a modest but important step towards supporting our frontline healthcare workers and improving access to basic medical consumables within our communities. This is the first time we will be engaging the management of the PHC since we got elected and I apologise for this. We will working very hard to install a solar system in the facility. The support and commitment of the staff in strengthening community healthcare infrastructure is deeply commendable. I will be attaching the list of medicines requested by the management of the PHC in Unguwar Sarki in line with our transparency initiative. The ad hoc members are listed below. I rarely comment on what is not my business. But as the Representative of Kaduna North, the affairs of the state regardless of my political affiliation is my business. I would like to publicly commend and acknowledge an affable and decent young politician that has helped many vulnerable people in Kaduna North, Hon. Abdulazeez Kaka, @Abunaah. Regardless of anyone’s personal feelings towards him, he has carried out numerous initiatives that have benefitted some of the most vulnerable members of our Kaduna North. His skill acquisition programs targeting young women stands out the most for me. And I am sincerely proud of him. These acts have eased the burden on me as the elected Representative of Kaduna North and I have always told him this. God knows best, but remember that you embody the courage and boldness that is rising among many young people in Nigeria. We are proud of you. No one that supports us should ever publicly or privately mock his efforts. As God is my witness, I do not accept it. I end with this quote. ‘’It is not the critic who counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could have done them better.
