A family and community are mourning the tragic death of Lethabo Maroga, who disappeared after leaving for school on 23 April 2026.

According to reports, Lethabo never returned home that day, sparking concern among loved ones. The following day, 24 April 2026, her body was discovered in a river in Tembisa. It is alleged that she had been brutally murdered.

Authorities are urged to leave no stone unturned as the family seeks answers and accountability in the tragic loss of a young life gone too soon.
