Dearborn’s Muslim population has hit 54.5% according to Census data. The Muslim population across the U.S. has roughly doubled since 2010.

Last year, Mayor Abdullah Hammoud told a Christian resident he was “not welcome” in the city and said he would throw a parade the day that man left. Now local Christian pastors are publicly standing with the same mayor and framing outside concern as hate.

Classical Islamic law is clear about the status of Christians under Muslim rule: pay the jizya tax, accept second-class legal status, and live with restrictions on churches and public criticism of Islam.

Western liberalism keeps treating this as a personality issue instead of a civilizational one.
