People are human. They curse. They raise their voices. They slam doors. It all triggers me.

I have a heavy burden of worms.
Many birds arrive with unexplainable injuries, some horrific and others just superficial. We're not 100% sure what happened to this #nuthatch, but it arrived very stressed and extremely thin. Having examined a faeces sample, we found the bird to have a heavy burden of #worms.
Today in Charlotte, the armpit of the Carolinas, it's so hot that I'm wheezing.
My TMS therapy technician said she might go to Carowinds after work. I've put her in my thoughts and prayers.

@KefayaMDiab Wow. They... didn't even have this department when I was there. I started an MA in English with a concentration in Creative Writing at UNCC, ended up switching to an MFA program at another university years later.

This morning in the shower I almost forgot to shave my legs.
My immediate thought was "You need to shave your legs you stupid bitch."
This is how I talk to myself when I forget or make a mistake. And it's so automatic.
