We had to get the Tories out, but not to have #Starmer proving after his landslide victory that #StarmerIsATory. It's sad that in his victory speech today he seems so keen to distance himself from #JeremyCorbyn @jeremycorbyn - who would have been a much better Prime Minister.

If anyone’s interested, I shall be voting Labour in the forthcoming General Election in the U.K., because our current Labour M.P. @tobyperkinsmp is a very good local constituency M.P. for Chesterfield. When I wrote an email to him about the potholes locally he replied with a very courteous letter explaining at some length what he has done relating to this issue. Apparently I am not the first person to complain about potholes in roads after so many years of appalling Tory government!

3) People are like lemmings throwing themselves off the bridges over the Dronfield Bypass in protest at the potholes and general state of the roads & local services around Chesterfield & N. Derbyshire. And of course the rivers everywhere are full of untreated raw sewage.
