@DVLAgovuk I sent my medical stuff off over a month ago and it's almost been 3 months since I started my provisional application. No one on the phone has been helpful and your webchat agent never put me onto an advisor after 30 minutes of waiting.

I have to thank my friends for making my pre-emptive birthday Saturday the best day I could ever have. Meeting @vicmignogna was the best thing to happen. I cried from happiness and still find it unbelievable and especially meeting cosplayers I love.
