The $18 min wage proposal in AZ is equivalent to cities like San Francisco raising it to $25-$30. Even they don't go that far. In real terms, AZ's min wage is already higher than many. Instead, train people! Astonishingly dumb proposal. https://t.co/w9RrUnQOy9 via @phxbizjournal

With so much passion for banning abortion, I'm hoping those same people can channel their passion into preventing child abuse, reducing poverty, adopting children and increasing taxes to fund govt assistance to support the outcome of this ruling. #prowoman#ProChoiceIsProLife
Shocked to receive the worst service from @usaa. Can’t deposit any money nor withdraw any because someone else wrote us a check from a bank account they closed. Pretty incredible negative treatment of the vets they claim to support.
11:30pm Friday, bag arrived. Original flight Weds 8am Tucson-> Midway->NYC. Bag went from Tuc->vegas->???->NYC. 59 hours. I leave in 16 hours. Sigh. Sorry showing @SouthwestAir . Very sorry indeed. Cannot blame low staffing on this one.
12/15 4:30 arrive NYC. Bag in Vegas. 12/16, 6pm: @SouthwestAir phone call “we found your bag. Will go out for delivery 10pm 2nite.” No bag 12/17 SWA 8am: “your bag was just loaded and is out for delivery.” 8pm: SWA email: “Your bag is out for delivery.Driver is X.” 11pm: NO BAG
Not that anyone cares, but @SouthwestAir called 6pm yesterday and said, as a courtesy, they were delivering my bag last night. 24-hrs later, still no bag. Anyone else think this is the biggest comedy of errors or just me? #notlaughing
Still no luggage from @SouthwestAir , our Broadway show cancelled tonight bc of Covid but heck- Xmas in New York still magical. Home tomorrow. Quick trip.
@SouthwestAir has not found my bag after 24hrs nor can I file a claim bc baggage managers are 2 busy to answer the phone. Flt left hour late but they said still my fault getting in line to Ck bag only 1 hr early in Tuc. Sigh. I tweet bc then they respond.
@SouthwestAir solution was 2 check bags 45min ahead of flight. Waiting in line an hour doesn’t count 🤷🏻♀️? & sitting on the plane an hour because their computers had issues sent my bag to Vegas but flt was 2 Chicago.
At @SouthwestAir didn’t/couldn’t staff appropriately 7am flights in Tucson causing 200 person line to check in an hour before flight. Bags lost and policy states they caused “late check” for dozens. Won’t deliver bags IF they are found. Wow. No accountability.
Our Candidate Evaluation Committee, made up of business owners, executives, major employers and community partners, crafted questions focusing on transportation, public safety, business climate and poverty. Check it out here: https://t.co/BdlfOVBkf4.
Before you vote in the @cityoftucson primary, get to know the candidates views on creating a business friendly environment @TucsonChamber https://t.co/CdeMPa6vtX
We are in a crisis. It was our very good friend shot, my husband’s former partner when they were medics- not a nameless firefighter. The chamber fights for public safety- not bc of me. But bc biz demand a safe community to survive and thrive. Biz creates $.$ pays for services.
The shooting of medics and firemen has further spawned a call to action. No single solution will work. It’s about community and the chamber will continue to move forward efforts supporting public safety. It’s about community sustainability and overall prosperity.
