Books 8 & 9 of the year.
5⭐️ The 5am Club was addicting with many good insights but the diagrams were almost impossible to read on the Kindle or in the Kindle app.
3⭐️ The Power of Discipline didn’t have much new to offer.
What should I read next?
My last “running show” was Agent Carter. I loved the characters. @GreysABC is always on the list but it’s hard to run when I’m crying (which feels like every episode).
Another helpful #habit builder - temptation bundling. I pick a show that I only watch if I’m on the elliptical or treadmill. I don’t watch during every workout, but if I want to know what’s going to happen, I have to keep moving!
This morning I’m #thankful that some days I have the opportunity to get on an airplane to get to work and some days I take a few steps into our home office to get to work (where I can have flowers on my desk).
I’m constantly trying ways to improve and form new habits. I’ve been using the Routinery app for my morning routine for a few months.
It’s simple to build routines, with timers, and follow along on your Apple Watch or iPhone.

This morning I’m #thankful that the en suite renovation is almost done! After a very dusty month, the house can return to normal.
And we found this awesome antique workbench!
Look around the rooms where you spend the most time. What behavior does this space encourage? How can you set things up to make your good habits easier?
