human error or ai upscale (which is different from generative and has been used for decades), I see no reason as to why they would've not disclosed it as such on the steam page if FW proudly discusses it so also the game's art is apparently hand drawn afawk so it'd be strange

This is very clearly a human mistake. AI art mistakes are much more absurd than an IV becoming IIV.
It's just people witch hunting to stir up drama.

Fun fact : In addition to the Nurse line being removed, Satsuki Rin also had her code ripped apart and scattered around so that they're no longer all in one spot. I wonder what made them decide to do something like this instead of fully deleting her?

At first i was happy to see Yokai Watch and Layton back, but i can't and don't want to support Level-5 like that anymore 😔
