@giffgaff It's been longer than 24 hours and I haven't had a working sim since Thursday. I've spoken to the GG Community and have tired everything they have suggested hence why I went through the new sim route.

3 things can carry on on behalf of the deceased: knowledge, charity, prayers. My mum was not religious. When she passed away, she prayed. We have decided to build a mosque in her name as a place for shelter, prayer, escape reality.
