Andrews re Kaushaliya says caucus rules are clear. I didn’t realise he was such a stickler for caucus rules. Caucus rules also state that caucus elects the ministry and that ALP has cabinet gov, and that the cabinet reports gets caucus support before decisions are made.

@andrewbogut It’s a rule not a law. Laws are put in place to protect your rights against unjust rules and their rulers. Denying someone entry to a public space based on a rule and not a law has no legitimacy.
