@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere Walking away and not looking back. Best feeling ever!!

[Amber Snake @Ambones78]

@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere And I'm sick of "notes" being "taken" and then they are never there. Done.

[Amber Snake @Ambones78]

@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere I'm on hold now to cancel my service. I've been you 15 years and I'm completely sickened by your company.

[Amber Snake @Ambones78]

@TMobileHelp @JohnLegere Been that route. I have nothing but hate for your company at this point. Yes, HATE.

[Amber Snake @Ambones78]

@TMobile Your customer service is all talk and promises and absolutely ZERO action. Done with your company.

[Amber Snake @Ambones78]

@Franco_FWG @JohnLegere You'll regret it!!

[Amber Snake @Ambones78]

@JohnLegere I'm done with your shitty customer service. I'm cancelling my plan and you can kiss my ass!!

[Amber Snake @Ambones78]

@TMobileHelp A phone call. It's all I asked for. Can't even get that, but I'm so important...blah, blah. Me & money aren't spelled alike...

[Amber Snake @Ambones78]

@TMobileHelp I've sent DMs. I have pages of them. Yet, I'm still in the same boat. I've asked for a direct call and can't get that.
