A HIT is a random act of kindness, be it a smile and a wave to a small edible gesture or kind note left for the person to find.
Don't forget to share your HIT with us here. Lets all do what we can to help bring a smile to others.

The group was set up over three years ago by the most fabulous lady called Tracy to help boost morale and brighten some ones day with a "HIT".

This could be anyone from your local postie, bin person, delivery driver, police, fire or NHS staff member. It may even just a friend or neighbour who you feels needs their day brightening up a bit.
So what is a "HIT" you ask???
