We will not seize our way out of this problem -- @CBP working with businesses, civil society and NGOs to prevent goods from being manufactured with forced labor in the first place. Most informative and interactive virtual door knock @AmchamsAP#HumanRights#ESG#sustainability
Thank you to Steven Okun and AmCham Taiwan Secretary Cynthia Chyn for sharing what they learned during the recent @AmchamsAP Door Knock trip to Washington with our members.

Thanks @kslaw for hosting @AmchamsAP during the 2022 DC door knock. Great to meet your team and connect with old friends. And what an amazing view — best in DC.
Thanks US Amb Brian McFeeters and @SiobhanDas@AmChamMalaysia for each hosting me to discuss how US businesses can support #Malaysia in #IndoPacifc Economic Framework. Great @imokman, a key player in US-Malaysia relations and tireless advocate of economic engagement, joined.

#AmChamTaiwan recently joined other AmChams from the region on a productive visit to Washington, where meetings with Congress leaders and the Biden Administration focused on energy security, bilateral trade and integration. https://t.co/0HNcBvbNAa
"Can our democracy function again?" While core of @AmchamsAP door knock are meetings with government, one-hour dialogue with @jmartNYT provides us insights you can only get in Washington and makes our visit to DC even more worthwhile.
Great having @YoungKimCA joining @AmchamsAP DC door knock to discuss importance of US economic engagement in the Asia Pacific and hear her support for US joining #CPTPP.
The United States was founded on an idea. On the #4thofJuly, we join Americans in reflecting on the freedoms and values on which this nation was established.
Progression for the first regional DC door knock since 2019 is in full swing. This year, capacity will be capped at 50.
In our recollection, we never had 50+.
We are at 26 sign-ups across six AmChams. Please register soonest to indicate interest. https://t.co/UpbRO3P9Dx
The more that President Biden locks the U.S. into a specific response to a future hypothetical conflict, the less room for maneuver he leaves for himself or his successors: @ryanl_hass@McLartyAssoc (AAP speaker for Virtual Door Knock 2)

Terrific job @Steven_Okun leading our discussion tonight on #IPEF with Ambassador Mirpuri of Singapore, @McLartyAssoc colleague Rufus Yerxa and Deb Elms!
In #Singapore, we have known for a while where everyone from #HongKong has been going. A friend whose rent is coming up just got hit with a 50% increase. Schools, employment all very tight. Those who are just deciding to come now are late to the game.
