Ola electric is providing the coupon for vehicle who is under service centre more than 6 months but the coupon is not applying and if is applied but right is not accepted by the riders and rider also demand cash money for ending the ride @olaelectric @olacab @bhash

@ICICILombard I raised a claim on 26th LAST MONTH for Battery Protection Cover, but ZERO support from your side! My battery is dropping from 20% to 0% and your surveyor rejected the claim WITHOUT even checking it! What kind of pathetic service is this? Totally useless insurance!

I’m DONE with @OlaElectric! Paid extra for Ola Care and still no service slots, no brake or bearing parts, NOTHING! Their service centre is a complete joke. Why sell Ola Care if you can’t even provide basic service? Stop fooling customers! @bhash @OlaElectric
