Momma here: Been waiting for Missy’s scan report and seriously have been losing my mind. 😭😭 She continues to keep on moving towards remission. One area of concern still gone. The others smaller. We will meet with her oncologist to discuss what’s next. It’s slower for Missy because she only has one kidney and we have to do everything possible to protect it. So that old saying “slow and steady wins the race” definitely applies to her. I’m so enormously proud of her. She never ever complains—not even after not being allowed to eat for almost 12 hours, not when getting her scans, not in the car, not ever. We are just going to keep on getting through this slowly and together. Thank you for continuing to love my little girl. She really is as cute as she seems on here. 💞
