货币产生的原因是交换的需求，货币的核心作用就是交换的媒介，现在我们称它为“支付”

金融的产生是因为资金的盈余与短缺，在不同时间，不同的人，不同的使用目标之间产生的Swap，现在我们称它为“借贷”

借贷的产生有了货币的跨期配置作用，货币作为纯交换媒介就开始有“储存”的需求，所以早期货币（石头，贝壳等）要向金属演化（易于存储，不会腐烂变形，后续还需要易于分割满足交易需求），最后发现金银最适合作为货币。

货币的跨期配置和存储作用，导致有货币盈余的人，变得更“有钱”，因而他们也更愿意去借贷，让财富增长

随着经济的发展，科技的进步（大航海时代到来），冒险家们只有最好的主意，却没有任何身家，怎么办？他们发明了“证券”，也是对风险投资未来收益的求偿权

未来的收益是什么？是茶叶，丝绸，香料，烟草，玻璃，陶器.......是代表财富的货币，也可以是代表财富的土地，房屋（因为有货币的存在，这些财富可以随时变成货币，又去购买任何商品）

金属货币的一个缺点是，数量有限，往往无法满足经济快速发展的需求；所以即便是大航海时代，全球GDP的增长都会受制于金银开采量的限制；于是，战争与掠夺的“必要性”往往随着经济的发展，人口的增加，土地需求的增长和对资源的大量需求

法币的发行是随着政府职能的现代化发展，中央银行职能的清晰化发展的必然之路；但法币是信用，建立在国家信用至上；不是所有的法币都有长久生命力；而且随着经济发展，央行增发，单位法币购买力必然下降；最差的国家，法币会崩溃

自从发现了货币（或者是“代币”）的好处，任何中心化的组织都有冲动去发行自己的货币；但中心化组织（比如国家）都有增发的冲动，负债的冲动（因为，可以“收割”）；去中心化技术，区块链技术，以及建立在去中心化基础之上的代币（不是meme币，meme币本质是中心化的，欺诈的）成为“中本聪”的反法币变质的反脆弱系统

现代金融已经是一张巨大的网🕸️，这个🕸️的核心依然是支付，交换，价值储备和价值代表与分配；Defi的第一步就是把支付的效率提升，成本降低，并保持与Swift系统一样的反欺诈系统，并随时可以清算结算，把账本标记清楚

Defi还可以建立对真实世界资产RWA的标记，确立权属，在线交易，在线清算，结算；前提是这个DeFi的网络足够安全，高效，低成本，反欺诈（比如上市公司的财务欺诈在DeFi上如何执行？用脚投票，有没有惩罚机制，这是后续需要建立的规则）

所以DeFi不仅是支付结算交易，是通过技术系统来确保金融的高效，真实，透明。如果它做不到这一点，那它就无法成为现实。

稳定币是建立了真实世界和数字世界的桥梁，因为在技术系统（比如以太坊系统）之上的交易结算清算也需要成本（运营，能源电力，开发者维护），而数字世界的财富，也需要变为真实世界的财富，可以买房子，旅行，消费; 稳定币是桥梁，它本身和法币是1:1的关系

所以，可以增值的是生态系统内的提供服务的玩家

Disney is coming to Web3.

Dapper Labs is partnering with the $159B entertainment conglomerate to bring Web3 IP to the masses.

Disney acquired 21st Century Fox in 2019 which had the rights to the Simpsons.

Here's the TLDR:
