Please don’t needlessly cut Charlie Kirk haters out of your life.

I was on the phone for an hour today with a dear friend from college.

A friend on the political, who doesn’t follow Christ, who thought Charlie Kirk was a vile man, and certainly isn’t mourning his death.

“If you thought Charley was vile, then you think I’m vile, because my views are even more radical right wing than his,” I told him.

Thus ensued a long, intense, heated discussion. It started with politics and ended with Christ.

The discussion ended with me telling him that I loved him, and that the only way we would stop being friends is if he decided I was too radical for him. He was in tears, I was feelin it too. Christ was glorified, and now instead of losing a relationship, my friend is one step closer to knowing Christ (which I believe is inevitable, and I tell him that all the time).

We win by showing other the love of Christ.
