@MillerAramis If this project is successful in raising the funds to buy the rights and plans from Disney, we would then go to investors to raise funds for construction. This whole process could take a decade itself, after construction is done, we might begin adding modern decades.

@MillerAramis The original plan only covered colonial/revolution era then skipped to the mid-1800s working it's way through the 20th century and then stopping around 2000.

@acfueler The original plan was a short drive away from DC, near Manassas National Battlefield Park. This was found to be a little tasteless. If we do manage to get the rights from Disney, our plan is to choose a different location entirely.
