@MonicaNakei Maam in what day you start to observe the clear zone? I followed your methods but I modified the 1 hour shaking into heating of media. Im totally in a mess maam, I cant succeeed on doing my experiment. The inoculated actinomycetes maam were came from a 2 days old nutrient broth.

@MonicaNakei Im doing my undergrad thesis this sem. Your thesis maam was one of my reference on my methods. My study was isolated actinomycetes from surface sediments from lake lanao screened for plastic degradation. One of my problem maam is the LDPE powder cant be homogenize after autoclave
