Paramedics have known the shots were killing people the whole time. For Harry FIsher, for example, heart attacks in young people were non-existent pre-vax and went to 35 in 5 yrs post-vax. Aortic dissections in age 23-50 he'd see 1 in 23 years vs. post-vax 12 in 4 years. Strokes in young people: 0 in 23 years went to 23 per year.

All someone has to do is to get the paramedic records from an ambulance service and analyze that. I wonder why nobody has done that?

A limited study was done in Israel (2022 Israeli national EMS) and it found a 25% increase and reported statistical associations with first- and second-dose vaccination rates in that age group. They said it doesn't prove causality.

I watched Elon Musk’s interview with The Economist and heard him claim 250,000 girls were systematically raped by grooming gangs in the UK. It sounded too monstrous to be real, so I did what I always do. I went to check the receipts myself.

I wish I hadn’t. It is worse than the number.

A warning first. If this kind of thing enrages you, if you have children, if you do not have the stomach for it today, stop reading here. You do not have to carry it.

Honesty first, because I do not post numbers I cannot defend. The 250,000 figure is not a documented count. It is an extrapolation scaled up from local cases. Here is the hard truth though: it might be accurate, and it might even be low. Nobody can say, because there has never been a full national audit or an investigation of every town. The number is unproven precisely because the country has refused to go looking for it. That refusal is its own answer.

Here is what the government’s investigations did find. The 2014 Jay Report: in Rotherham alone, at least 1,400 children sexually exploited over sixteen years, and that was the conservative estimate. Baroness Casey’s 2025 national audit confirmed the same pattern across Rochdale, Oxford, Oldham, Telford. Nearly 19,000 children flagged as exploitation victims in England in a single year. The Met is re-examining 9,000 cases. No one knows the true total, because for decades the people paid to count deliberately did not.

Both reports found the convicted offenders in these networks were Pakistani Muslim men. And officials avoided recording that fact out of fear of being called racist. Let that land. They stayed silent about who was doing it because they feared an accusation more than they feared the abuse. Girls as young as eleven were written off as troubled teenagers making lifestyle choices. The system did not fail to see it. It chose not to look.

Then the punishment. Some got what Britain calls serious sentences. Shabir Ahmed, the Rochdale ringleader, 22 years for 30 counts of child rape. Others 35. In much of America a single count could mean life. There, 30 counts draws 22 years, and then they let you out early.

Ahmed served 14 years and walked free this July, shielded from the deportation his victims were promised by a 1971 immigration loophole. Several offenders held dual British-Pakistani citizenship, which is exactly why removal was promised and exactly why the failure to deliver it is so damning. Qari Abdul Rauf served two and a half years of six and is still in Rochdale, seen shopping in the town where he abused children. Adil Khan, who impregnated a 13-year-old, called his case racist and a laughing matter in court and argued he should stay because his son needs a role model.

And the coldest part. For years the trouble was not the abuse. It was talking about it. Britain’s speech laws have only tightened since, with people jailed over social media posts, one woman handed 31 months for a single tweet. A nation that struggled for a decade to jail child rapists moves overnight to jail citizens for the wrong words online.

That is the whole sickness. Rape a child and you may serve half a soft sentence and stroll home. Post the wrong thing about it and the state finds its spine.

So make the sentences serious and mean it. Deport who can be deported. Protect the people exposing this, not the institutions that buried it. And count them. Every town, every case, no matter what the number turns out to be.

Failed by their abusers, the councils, the police, the courts, and a state more offended by a tweet than by their suffering. Every betrayal preventable.

These are children. Say it out loud, whatever it costs, because the silence is what let it happen.

Thank you, Elon, for the reminder that when something sounds too awful to be true, the only responsible thing is to go check the receipts yourself. The number was unproven. What sat underneath it was worse. 🦋

Five Years of Life Insurance Data Show Massive Excess Deaths — All in People Who Took the Vaccine. Not in People Who Didn't.

That pattern has been consistent every single year since 2021. The claim that last year saw the lowest US death toll in years is being received with deep skepticism — and for good reason. A culling effect is the most likely explanation: the sickest and most vulnerable died early from the infection or the vaccine, and what's left is a survivor population. That produces the appearance of lower deaths — not an actual improvement in health. I'm a cardiologist. The question I hear most isn't about statins. It's: "Doc, what else can I do — beyond the statin, the GLP-1, the PCSK9 shot?"

Here's the honest, evidence-ranked answer most patients never get.

First, the mindset shift. Atherosclerosis is driven by three forces, not one: cholesterol particles, inflammation, and clotting. Most people get treated for cholesterol alone and never hear about the other two. That's why "what else can I do" almost always has a real answer.

𝗕𝗲𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘀 — 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻:

Ezetimibe — cheap, generic, blocks cholesterol absorption in the gut. Modest alone, powerful stacked on a statin. Proven to cut events.

Bempedoic acid — oral, non-statin. Activated in the liver but NOT in muscle, so it rarely causes the aches that drive people off statins. The CLEAR Outcomes trial (14,000 statin-intolerant patients) proved it reduces cardiovascular events — and it lowers hs-CRP, an inflammation marker the PCSK9 drugs don't touch.

Inclisiran — silences PCSK9, same target as the injectables, but given just twice a year after the initial doses. Cuts LDL ~50%. For anyone who struggles with adherence, that's a real breakthrough.

Together, ezetimibe + bempedoic acid + inclisiran can drive LDL dramatically low with zero statin.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 — 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆 𝗮𝗱𝗱𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘁:
You can have perfect cholesterol and still have inflamed, rupture-prone plaque. Low-dose colchicine — an old, cheap anti-inflammatory — reduced cardiac events in the LoDoCo2 and COLCOT trials and is now FDA-cleared for cardiovascular risk. Wildly underused.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗹𝘆𝗰𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗲 / 𝗳𝗶𝘀𝗵-𝗼𝗶𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘁𝗵:
Generic OTC fish oil has mostly failed in trials. But prescription purified EPA (icosapent ethyl) cut events 25% in REDUCE-IT for the right patients. Not all omega-3 is equal — know which one you're taking.

𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗮 (𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀):
Nattokinase — a fibrinolytic enzyme with 1,000+ person data on carotid plaque reduction. Observational, and a bleeding risk with blood thinners — but rare imaging evidence for a supplement. CoQ10 — especially if statins give you muscle aches, since statins deplete it. Vitamin D to 50-80, magnesium, and purified omega-3. Red yeast rice works — because it's essentially an unregulated low-dose statin, so treat it like one and tell your doctor.

𝗔𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘁𝘀 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗯𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗱:
Zone 2 cardio plus resistance training. Mediterranean whole-food diet. Sleep 7-9 hours. Blood pressure under 130/80. Don't smoke. Drop the visceral fat. Not exciting. Unbeatable.
So when you ask what else you can do — the answer is: far more than you were told.
But do it WITH a physician who measures ApoB, Lp(a), and hs-CRP and tracks whether it's working. Don't stack blindly.
Treat all three drivers — cholesterol, inflammation, clotting.
"I'm already on a statin" was never the end of the conversation.
It's the beginning.
