@RoyalMail I have phoned multiple times to try and sort this as it is concerning that it's taken this length of time and still no movement out of the mail centre since Saturday.
Either it's still there, lost, or someone's not recorded the scan properly when its gone to the DO.

This is an issue because it's seemingly the only avenue of help you offer now.
