The experience with the insurance claim process has been equally frustrating, with unnecessary difficulty because the scooter was not purchased directly from their dealership — despite the fact that buying it from them would have cost us around 75% more.

@atherenergy It is 24th today, and I am clearly told by the Service Head of Bellad Ather, that PART IS NOT THERE! This is clear sign of pathetic service! This issue was taken up by your HQ, but still not resolved. I am filing a case in Consumer Court now! I am done with this.

Why has my scooter’s repair estimate/diagnosis taken over 8 days with no update till date? This is extremely disappointing.
If Bellad Ather can’t run a reliable service, I’ll happily invest and take up the franchise myself coz this level of service is unacceptable
