@bt_uk appalled by your dark sales to my elderly grandparents who have NEVER had the internet and only use their landline and iPad! Exploiting the elderly, with appalling customer service, no cancellation fees and robbing a pensioner!
@bt_uk@Ofcom@financialombuds@bt_uk have failed to use their vulnerability policy. Aware of a bereavement after a discussion of how they told my grandparents they needed to move from landline to digital voice to put them in to a 24 month contract on a high tariff, on a pension!
@bt_uk@bt_uk appalled at the Fraud carried out by your company against the elderly, door sales the elderly who have never had internet, signing them up to huge contract, with no option to cancel! Exploitation at its best! Somehow signed up my 85 year old grandad to a ยฃ70 a month bill

@bertiewilber @elonmusk I would check sheโs not got a fault on her meter! Family of 4 here, - 6 televisions, fridge freezer, central heating, a toaster and a kettle and all washing facilities and 2 mini teens who donโt turn lights off and I work from home, under ยฃ4k a year!
