@AHS_Warranty complete garbage! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS scam. I am single and home with a young child and have received no help from this company despite having an appliance warranty. My dryer has been broken for 4 months now and they refuse to replace and properly fix it

@AHS_Warranty What’s the purpose of this plan? I’ve not had a working dryer in 4 months. They have sent a technician 15-17 times to my house and still can’t fix it and refuses to replace it. Now they are sending a new company after 4! Months

@Arhaus HORRIBLE. I have been calling about an order since 12/5/2022. I’ve called 4-5 times .. They state they will call back the next day with an update, but never do. For how expensive this furniture is, you’d expect more. They also never respond to their email. GO ELSEWHERE

@AHS_Warranty THIS COMPANY is TRASH. I opened a service request on 11/28/2022. A month later, not to mention around the holidays, I still have NO resolution for my dryer, oven, and microwave request. I am a military mom of a 17 month old with another on the way!
