@PaulaMc007 This is absolutely heartbreaking. What do we need to do to stop this from happening?! My young brother with learning difficulties is in the exact same position, it’s a daily battle and has been since March last year.
What everyone must understand about the nurse strikes is that it’s not just about money, it is about drawing attention to: lack of funding, lack of safe and quality care, lack of staff etc. Nurses can sometimes work shifts with 1:24, imagine trying to provide care to 24 patients
#Oliverscampaign
Oliver died a highly preventable death due to one doctors ignorance & arrogance regarding his #autism she ignored Oliver & us his parents demanding she knew best, she didn’t, her actions took Oliver’s life & changed ours forever

All over the UK individuals are inappropriately placed due to their autism and learning disabilities. Not because they are a danger to a society.
Your naivety is part of the problem.

@PaulaMc007 My brother is one of the individuals mentioned within this article. Our family have gone through hell over the past 18months. It is horrifying that In todays society people with different needs are treated like this. Every day has been battle for my brother Fraser and all others.
This is the impact statement written by Susan Everard, Sarah Everard's mum. Her agony is palpable. Rest in peace beautiful Sarah. #SheWasJustWalkingHome
