@AirtelNigeria @NgComCommission Tell your staffs to reply their email. What does setting up a new site and COW mean? It means I have no internet for months now

It’s been 1 month since @AirtelNigeria claim they got approval and the COW is on its way. I don’t know which state in Nigeria is 1 month for transportation or. 1 month for installation after stating a few days in email. And of course the @NgComCommission does nothing to them

I blame the court process in this country if not both @AirtelNigeria and @NgComCommission should be receiving a lawsuit against them from me right now. Any one knows how I can go about it please guide me.

The NCC finally reply after two weeks asking @AirtelNigeria for an update but here we are at 1 month later Airtel has given no response, no better network nothing the @NgComCommission has given no sanctions either, the disregard for Nigerians is crazy.
