@virginmedia I’m surprised there are no updates after 4 visits (not including the ones made by your inside team) despite one being promised each time. Literally nothing. Not even to tell me why the work couldn’t be done or when the next visit will be.
@virginmedia Support teams ask the same questions every time. I have to explain history every time. Don’t you have a CRM system? One even said that my only options are to wait or cancel via ombudsman and that there is no way to escalate the issue despite the time I’ve had no service.
@virginmedia Outside team have made 4 visits. Each time they said they will update on progress but never came back. Last team explicitly stated they had council permission to dig up road. Virgin support has no info due to 3rd party outside team being used - apparently it’s not their problem.
@adwatson1984 I’ve been speccing out machines today too on pc parts picker - if you are not gaming I’d go Mac mini all the way. I’d check out MacBook Air too though. I believe YOU won’t need to buy a new machine though :)
