Omg @British_Airways ... what is going on? Trying to book a flight online for the 4th time now. Its impossible, the site keep saying there is an error, and noone in your call center is picking up... its like you want to go bankrupt and shut down ... what are you guys doing?

@British_Airways Hey Ben, the luggage was lost, I arrived in London Heathrow a week ago and went to the customer service desk there. Jules was an absolute star and found our luggage in Termina 4, almost 2 months after our last trip. Had we not asked there it would have never been found!

@British_Airways I still have not heard anything about my bag, do I now just have to give up and accept that I will have lost one whole size of my babies clothes, plus valuables and gifts? I really don't care about the refund as it won't make up for what is lost. 1/4

But then was told they were off, I'm pretty sure there's always has to be a senior person. Was given yet again an email that doesn't exist!!! I know in means nothing to a big company like yours, that a litte person like me lost one piece of luggage but it means a lot to me 3/4

@British_Airways you lost my luggage over 20 days ago, after hours of calls we still haven't found anyone who is taking responsibility! I arrived in Vienna on a Sunday with all my babys clothes gone and noone being able to help me. The luggage never left Heathrow! Please help!

@British_Airways Also, I was given a customer relations email by your team, it keeps bouncing back, the amount of wrong information, like emails and phone numbers I've been given is so disappointing. Please can you provide an email I can send a complaint to?

@British_Airways Nope not good enough Deepak, after 22 days don't you think I've done all and everything and heard all of BA standart responses? There is no progress no nothing, so I do need a real person looking into this case please!
