The interim budget for the FY 2024-25 tabled today by our Hon FM Smt @nsitharaman avl is yet another exemplification of India’s trajectory of inclusive development and growth on the solid foundation of Amrit Kaal for a developed nation by 2047 envisioned by our Hon PM Thiru @narendramodi avl.

The interim budget has highlighted the government's holistic approach in developing the four major castes - the poor, the women, the youth and the farmers as always stressed by our Hon PM.

Empowerment schemes such as Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana are not only feeding 80 crore citizens but have also helped 25 crore people to get freedom from multi-dimensional poverty in the last 10 years.

DBT of ₹34 lakh crore using PM Jan Dhan accounts has led to ₹2.7 lakh crore savings. PM-SVANidhi, PM-JANMAN, PM-Vishwakarma, PM MUDRA, PM KISAN, PM SHRI, PM AWAS, PM Ujjwala, Skill India Mission and many more schemes continue to empower all sections of society.

We thank our Hon FM for announcing 300 units of free electricity every month through rooftop solarisation for 1 crore households across the country. The outlay of ₹11,11,111 Crore for infrastructure development comes as a fillip to the huge impact of economic growth & employment creation in roads, railways, aviation, shipping, tourism & energy sectors.

A corpus of Rs 1 lakh crore for our tech-savvy youth comes as an encouragement for the private sector to scale up R&D and innovation, providing a boost to our Atmanirbhar aspirations.

We thank our Hon FM for announcing the withdrawal of outstanding direct tax demands, many of them dating as far back as 1962, which is expected to benefit about 1 crore tax-payers.

A provision of ₹75,000 crore as a 50-year interest-free loan to support state governments enabling reforms in realising the vision of Viksit Bharat and the increase in total transfers to states from ₹11.45 lakh crore in 2019-20 to ₹22.75 lakh crore for 2024-25 are testaments to the commitment of the central government led by our Hon PM Thiru @narendramodi avl in upholding spirits of federalism!

ஒரு காலத்தில் சோலைகள் நிறைந்து இருந்ததால், சோலையார்பேட்டை என அழைக்கபட்டு பின்னர் அதுவே ஜோலார்பேட்டை ஆனது. இன்று சோலைகளும் இல்லை, மக்களுக்கான வேலைவாய்ப்புகளும் இல்லை. தமிழக அரசின் தொழில்துறை ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் கொள்கைக் குறிப்பு வெளியிடுவது வழக்கம். கடந்த 2022-23ஆம் ஆண்டு, திருப்பத்தூர் மாவட்டத்தில் 1,581 ஏக்கரில் சிப்காட் தொழில்பூங்கா அமைக்க திட்டம் உள்ளதாக தெரிவித்தார்கள். இந்த 2023-24ஆம் ஆண்டு கொள்கைக் குறிப்பில், திருப்பத்தூர் மாவட்டத்தின் பெயரையே காணவில்லை. கல்வி, சுகாதாரம், வேலைவாய்ப்பு, இவற்றை உறுதி செய்வது மட்டும் தான் ஒரு அரசின் தலையாய கடமை. தமிழக அரசின் கொள்கைக் குறிப்பு, திருப்பத்தூர் மாவட்டத்தையே ஒதுக்கி வைத்து, இந்த மாவட்ட மக்களுக்கு அநீதி செய்திருக்கிறது.
