GREAT NEWS…after my physical, bloodwork, carotid ultrasound & Calcium score test to check for cardiac disease, I am no longer taking the cholesterol medication I was put on a couple of years ago!!! Will follow up with bloodwork in 3 months to see if I can stay off of it! ❤️🙏🏻

WOOHOO! I completed my goal of doing 2 races in 2025! I took 12th in my age group for both. Thought it would be easy to not walk at all this time, since it was a 5k instead of 4 miles, but I underestimated those hills! My goal for 2026 - 4 road races! Keep walking everyone!❤️

One last shoutout to our volleyball seniors. These girls first wowed us as a top-notch freshman team, then grew up to provide us 2 sectional titles, 2 group semifinal wins, and 2 trips to Franklin. It's not the way we wanted it to end, but it's been one heckuva ride! (1 of 2)
