a question to out literate @nsitharaman. if in 2020 the gov has collctd 3.24 lk cr through taxes only from petrol and diesel. thn how come the gov is not able to pay the outstanding of oil bonds which is just 1.33lk cr.. and even the maturity period of oil bond is 2023-24 ??
