@zeptocares it's more than 55 mins and the order is neither getting delivered nor it's getting cancelled. All my attempts to reach customer care failed. The delivery guy has marked it 'arrived' but hasn't contacted yet. Called him and told him to cancel but it's still active.

@fireboltt__ worst customer service ever...purchased a smart watch which started malfunctioning in 6-7 months...upon registering the complaint, i was sent a replacement watch in about 45 days time...to make situation worse, the replacement watch's color was not the one I wanted.

@fireboltt__ all my emails get a standard response that my ticket is closed. I raised a new complaint and looks like no one read it too...I received a cookie cutter response asking me to take my malfunctioning product to service centre. Been 2 months now, no resolution!

Indian counterparts are no better...have stopped going to this chain since ages now...high headed staff, no sense of basic courtesy, numerous hygiene issues and no body listens or cares...perfect reason to be left alone!
