@VidyaratanS@narendramodi Yes, same was happened with me as well. Because I didn't offer any bribe, I didn't get the loan under AIF scheme, even having a cibil of > 850. Raised many concern on CPGRAM as well but nothing happened. Dey didn't approved AIF but later dey offered me PL(No Govt Scheme benifit).
