@airindia I am your Gold member. I went to your DEL T3 Maharaja lounge. I took my wife and kids (12 & 14). My wife as companion and hope kids can be accommodate. But I was told only 12 year old can go in but not the 14 year old. Disappointing.

@airindia What assistance you are talking about. We have waited for 18 hours. Every other airline is departing as scheduled except for Air India. We had requested your staff yesterday to put us on the earlier flight AI7714. This flight departed on time today. But we were not given this.

@airindia AI152 (Zurich to DEL) on 25th Oct 2025 was rescheduled from 20:50 to 14:00 on 26th Oct 2025. About 17 hours late. It is still standing at the airport and we are not being allowed to board. How long will you continue the ordeal? Pathetic service! #CampbellWilson
