They are not aware about the thing that portin request can be raised from the BSNL website. I also contacted with the customer care, they also don't know about this service. Also they denied to take complain this is how BSNL is representing to their customer.

@airasia Pathetic customer service. Airasia cancelled the flight and scheduled the flight to the different date and now not responding got a refund while there is an option to get the refund.
There's no direct communication channel where we can get quick support. Only a chat bot
