@ola_supports @bhash issue:11th July, 2024. Ola cab broke-down mid-way 8485758993 but deducted full fare. Ola care asked to wait for 15mins to check and initiate online refund. immediately booked 2nd ola ride (8485800143) & ola charged hefty amount. Later ola refused any refund for 8485758993.
