State of affairs...MNREGA staff in the whole of Punjab is on strike since the past 3 weeks. Amongst other issues, they have not been paid since the past 5 months. Long live the revolution. @HarpalCheemaMLA @BhagwantMann

Finally, after months of no weight training, got the much needed spark (thanks to Atsuko), had curious Chikoo & a beautiful sunrise for company and back with the program. Aim to be in good conditioning by November. Panjkosi.

It needs to start early and has to be taught in school and at home, about cleaninnes & our responsibility. In Japan the children clean the toilets & classes themselves. I have seen it first hand when my daughter Meera (her mom is Japanese) used to be in school during summer in Japan.
