But when I visited yesterday they did not mention any refund time or as well as Indian Railway and online cancellation system they did not disclose the time . Is it my fault ???

India's one of the busiest railway stations is NCB Why do they not serve 24 hours ??? When someone's train departure time is 04.00 what should they do ?? I don't know how many uneducated people's money you are killing like this type of policy.

They told me you can cancel the ticket online system and come tomorrow anytime I cancelled the ticket and returned home today around 11.00 I went to NCB station and they told me you are not able to get refund because your time was 08.00 to 10:00.

Yesterday, I received an SMS My ticket was waiting around 19.30 then around 20.45 I went to the NCB station (Where I booked ticket)to cancel my ticket

but they told me you're late our Reservation system time is 08:00 to 20:00. You come tomorrow morning after 08.00 before 30 min. Arrival of the train but my train departure time is 07.40 how is it possible ?

The @RailMinIndia needs to smell the coffee and act immediately. The youth is deeply annoyed and had injustice done to them time and again for 6 years.
