Mine would probably be the freedom to just go somewhere without planning my entire day around dialysis.

I’m 29, 6 years into dialysis, and somehow still making plans like I have 100 years ahead of me.

Maybe that’s optimism.

Maybe that’s stubbornness.

Either way, I’m not done yet...

For me, the cold bottle of water, cold lightly sweetened milk, fresh juices I took them for granted and now I long for just one serve without worrying about fluid gains and next dialysis session...
