पर बीच रास्ते में ट्रैफिक पुलिस ने इनकी बाइक रुकवा दी और "ट्रिपल लोडिंग" व "बिना हेलमेट" का चालान काटने की बात कहने लगी।

व्यक्ति ने कहा, "आप ऑनलाइन चालान कर दीजिए, हमें कोई दिक्कत नहीं है।"

लेकिन आरोप है कि पुलिसकर्मी बोले, "गाड़ी अभी नहीं जाएगी।"

ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस समेत जोड़कर ₹10,000 से ज्यादा का चालान बन रहा था। तभी व्यक्ति बार बार कहता रहा,

"अभी इमरजेंसी है आप नम्बर लेकर ऑनलाइन चालान काट दीजिए, हमें पहले हॉस्टिल पहुंचना है।"

व्यक्ति का दावा है कि इसी दौरान पुलिसकर्मी ने कहा, "₹3,500 कैश दे दो ओर चले जाओ।"

यही सुनकर व्यक्ति गुस्सा में आ गाया, उसने कहा अभी इमरजेंसी में हूं तुम्हें पैसे कहा से दूं, हॉस्पिटल में पैसे देने है।

आप ऑनलाइन चालान कर दो हम बाद में भर देंगे।

लेकिन ट्रैफिक पुलिस गाड़ी छोड़ने की बात नहीं कर रहे थे, आखिरकार दिनों में बहस बढ़ गई।

"अगर आराेप सही हैं, तो सवाल यह है कि इमरजेंसी में पहले इंसानियत जरूरी है या वसूली...? "

भारत सरकार के डिजिटल इंडिया अभियान के तहत DigiLocker और mParivahan ऐप पर डिजिटल रूप से रखे ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, वाहन पंजीकरण प्रमाणपत्र (RC), बीमा और अन्य सरकारी दस्तावेज कानूनी रूप से मान्य हैं। चेकिंग के दौरान कोई भी पुलिसकर्मी इसे स्वीकार करने से मना नहीं कर सकता।

लेकिन हरियाणा पुलिस में कार्यरत इन दोनों ट्रैफिक पुलिसकारियों ने न सिर्फ भारत सरकार के नियमों की अवहेलना करते हुए DigiLocker के डॉक्यूमेंट को मानने से मना किया है बल्कि वाहन चालक का मोबाइल तोड़कर उसके साथ मारपीट भी किया हैं।

आपसे अनुरोध है कि,
इस घटना की निष्पक्ष जांच करते हुए आरोप सत्य पाए जाने पर तुरंत इन दोनों ट्रैफिक पुलिसकर्मियों पर विभागीय कार्यवाही करने के साथ साथ अपराधिक धाराओं में मुकदमा पंजीकृत करते हुए गिरफ्तारी करें।

His argument?

"I'm travelling with family."

The actual seat holder disagreed.

Should families be allowed to adjust seats for convenience?

Or should reserved seats be respected no matter what?

Because if everyone starts making their own rules, what is the point of reservation?

And why do some passengers start giving lectures on "adjustment" when it's not their seat being taken?

Rules should apply equally to everyone—young or old.
