When I visited service center they told me it’s out of warranty and water is there in motherboard. But there is already same issue in many s21fe after July update. This is excuse to not replace its screen.

I bought S21FE in Sept 2022 not even 2 years is completed. Now its display showing green line. When I checked online there is warranty of 3 years on display if green line appears on S series.

But service center told me there is warranty on S series except S21FE. They are asking 11k for replacing display. So whats the use of buying S series? I wasted my 32k on this crap.

Selling products by giving wrong info.
I purchased S21FE and they sent Exynos variant when I raised complaint they are telling me to go to service centre.

@flipkartsupport I found that the product is wrong because it's an internal part and can only get those details by third party apps only. It's your responsibility to deliver the correct product if it's not correct then replace it.

@flipkartsupport Legally I can take action. You can't sell products by giving wrong information and also I contacted the brand. They are refusing to do anything as the wrong product is delivered from the seller's end.
