श्रीमान @AshwiniVaishnaw जी। आप रनिंग स्टाफ के वीकली रेस्ट को 30hr se 40hr करे। और ALP के पे ग्रेड 1900 को बढ़ाकर 2400 करे। क्योंकि ग्रुप D कर्मी का 1800 पे ग्रेड, और ग्रुप C कर्मी ALP का पे ग्रेड 1900, मात्र 100rs ka अंतर है ग्रुप C और ग्रुप D में।

We are ALP & LP r working under too much pressure. After long hour duty we just get 30 hrs weekly rest, which is not regular, some times rest comes on 10days. We all ALP & LP need to min. 40 hrs weekly regular rest for our family & social life.

From 2010 Grade Pay of initial ALP is 1900, other departments have got their Grade Pay increased over the passing of time, why ALP's Grade Pay is not increased? Respected ministry

Training program of 21.09 remains, but there is no preparation to start training by 05.10.
Neither training is being resumed nor being stipned.
Please look into this matter seriously.

We have joined Indian Rly but this is very bad 4 us that we couldn't complete our training till now
Now On 5th Oct,training center will be open regards this letter,
So plz sir, we requested 2 u all that complete our training and give us posting sir.

आदरणीय @drmfzr @srdpofzr महोदय जी आपके दिशा निर्देश अनुसार ALP ट्रेनी को 50% स्टाइपेंड देने को बोला है लेकिन हम को पिछले 4 महीने का स्टाइपेंड नही मिला है और ना ही हम को कोई ट्रेनिंग के बारे में सूचना दी । @GM_NRly @RailwaySeva @RailMinIndia @PiyushGoyal

Please sir, give us any information and take an appropriate action for us
