Ashram, New Delhi, 110014.

It keeps on disconnecting 🪩 and stays disconnected for hours and it restore on its own. And this is happening for the last couple of weeks.

My WIFI Connection is frequently getting disconnected.
I raised a complaint this afternoon which before the tech visit issue got resolved on its own.
Now it disconnected again.

and this was not told by your sales rep. total false promises due to which have to drop that connection and your forcefully charges my 2600 /- even though I have not used anything.

- New Delhi, Ashram area (110014).
But your on-site service engineer/technicians seems like they don't like it.
I am saying this because, since the last couple of weeks they are continuously disturbing my WIFI connection.

Due to this my day to day job and productivity is getting highly hampered.

Additionally, I took your Air Fiber connection to avoid such disturbance later I come to know that your are providing only 1000 GB for a month which is completely useless for me -

Bad Part - Customer Care should be trained well on their products. And most importantly they should be trained on Customer handling ethics.
