Hey @JioMart @JioMart_Support, this is a blatant "Dark Pattern" and consumer fraud.
​Store marks order "Cancelled" BEFORE delivery to disable the Return button.
​Issues a fake ₹0.50 refund for "0.006kg" while keeping my full UPI payment.
​Delivers produce with NO INVOICE to hide

@JioMart_Support It seems that you are not reading my issue ..
App says that order of water melon is cancelled and they refunded 50 paisa for it .. sms confirms it ..Where as I paid rs 60 for it.
Water melon was actually delivered ..
Why app and sms showing cancelled ..

@JioMart_Support I received the water melon ..Why is your app showing it as cancelled ? Why appx 60 paisa is refunded ?it is not a weight round off.

I filed a complaint about midea dishwasher  water door leak on 10 august. After that one technician visited but he couldn't find out the reason. So he left.Since then there is no communication from midea service centre.
